EasyNet is trusted to be chosen as the supplier and installer of light electrical systems for the Minh Quốc Plaza Apartment Project. This is a project in the high-end apartment segment, invested by Thai Duong Construction Investment and Development Company Limited.

With the characteristics of high-rise housing projects, the project places high requirements on security, connectivity and operational management efficiency. Light electrical systems need to be deployed synchronously, ensuring stable operation and meeting the actual needs of residents as well as the Building Management Board.

1. Items performed by EasyNet

• Access control system: Manage residents, guests and access rights in restricted areas, contributing to improving building security.
• Internal network system: Build stable connection and data transmission infrastructure for devices and management systems in the apartment.
• Surveillance camera system: Monitor and record images in key areas, support the Management Board in monitoring and handling arising situations.
• Parking lot management system: Controls vehicles entering and exiting, records information and supports improving the efficiency of parking area operations.
• Public announcement sound system: Transmits operating information, instructions and necessary announcements to residents in common areas.
• Video Door Phone system: Supports visual communication between guests and residents before allowing entry, improving comfort and safety.

2. Deployment capacity of EasyNet

During the implementation process, EasyNet closely coordinates with the investor, consulting units and related contractors to ensure that items are implemented in accordance with design documents, technical requirements and general progress of the project.

All stages from equipment supply, installation, connection to operational testing are strictly controlled. EasyNet pays special attention to the quality of materials, construction techniques, synchronization between systems and labor safety at the construction site.

Synchronous deployment of camera systems, access control, parking lot management, intranet, notification sounds and video doorbells helps form a centralized management platform, supporting the Management Board to operate the building more safely and effectively.
